Cancellation Policy:

• 100% refund when customer cancels up to 6 hours prior to the departure time.

• 50% refund when cancellation occurs within 6-12 hours prior to the departure time.

• No refund for cancellations less than 12 hours prior to departure or no-show.

Transfer departure time:

• Free change of departure time before 12 hours to available time. If the price of the next departure time is higher, the customer will pay the price difference.

Delays, schedule change due to natural disasters, weather, incidents:

In the case of adverse weather conditions such as windstorms or natural disasters, the schedule may be postponed until the weather is favorable. Customers are entitled to a full refund if the new scheduled time does not suit their needs.
